As we aim to offer our customers the best prices on all our items, we advise that for any information on sizes and colours, please contact us before ordering.
On the rare occasion that an item is faulty, we would ask that you email us with as much information as possible.
All postage costs will be reimbursed, or collection can be arranged if more convenient. Upon receipt of the faulty garment, we will despatch a replacement or issue a credit note. If the fault is minor (e.g missing zip pull) the item will be repaired.
If you wish to return a non-faulty item due to incorrect sizing or a change of mind, you will be entitled to a full refund for 7 working days from receipt of the item. After this period, exchange or refund will be subject to a £7.50 restocking fee. This is required to cover our shipping fees as we provide free shipping on all orders, and to cover the costs of holding items which may have been ordered specifically for the customer. We are confident that our prices are among the cheapest online, and without this restocking fee we would not be able to provide this.
Any requests for a refund after 14 working days will not be granted.
For non-faulty items, the customer is responsible for returning the item and the cost incurred, and we would strongly recommend the item be sent by recorded delivery and proof of postage be retained.
Return of non-faulty items can only be accepted if the garment is in its original packaging and with all labels still attached.
In the case of any refund or exchange we will issue you with a “Returns Number” to be quoted in all further correspondence. We will then ask that the item is returned to:
